Parma football club history began in 1996 with local kumasi boys who were in Anomagyefie Kumasi, supportered the idea of establishing a football team.                the name of the team came from STEPHEN APPIAH former skipper of Ghana Black Stars, he is the mentor of  the founder and the chairman of the team so he decided to name the team after his current team by then.
